Trailer 12 - The T42 Becomes the T43 (Orlando Theme Parks) [250119-25]

Here's the twelfth in our series of "where we really are now" (or "where we've been more recently") trailers (posted Feb 12). In late January, our son flew out to join us in the T42 (making it a T43) for a week at the Disney (Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, EPCOT, and Magic Kingdom) and Universal (Studios and Islands of Adventure) theme parks. (P.S. As with the past few trailers, we're working around Blogger's 100 MB file upload limit by linking to a larger video uploaded to YouTube instead. For the highest quality video viewing experience, you'll probably want to click the little gear icon under the video once it starts playing, and make sure that "Quality" is set to "1080p".)

Thursday was a pretty full day, with almost four hours of driving to get to our next stopping place and shopping and sight seeing planned on the way.

Tom and Christine: Tom is a retired Software Engineer and Christine is a retired Environmental Engineer. They met in college (MANY decades ago), and after graduation moved to the San Francisco Bay Area where they got married and eventually raised their two children. They enjoy traveling, hiking / biking / exploring the outdoors, and were avid "tent campers" for most of their adult lives. With their children both "grown", they decided to start the next phase of their journeying by buying a "camper van" which will let them stay "close to nature" while not being a slave to it - being far less affected by things like inclement weather - while also allowing much faster camp setup/teardown times. Their goal for the next few years is to travel most of the continental United States, and maybe parts of Canada.
