Having trouble leaving comments?
To protect our readers (from a security hole in the Blogger platform's anonymous commenting feature, that it took our son only a few minutes to discover and implement a proof-of-concept demo of that could trick an unsuspecting person into downloading an arbitrary executable file from the web 😱) we've decided to not allow anonymous comments. Unfortunately, this requires all commenters to have a Google account with an associated Blogger Display Name, and while the platform tries to make associating a Display Name with a Google account painless - the process is still less than intuitive.
If you don't have this set up yet, the first time you click a "Post a Comment" link you'll get a "SIGN IN WITH GOOGLE" button. Click that and sign in with your Google account. You'll then return to the original blog post, but will see a "SIGN IN WITH BLOGGER" button. Click that button, and you'll be taken to a page where you'll be prompted to "Choose a name for your blog"; assuming you're just wanting to leave a comment on ours and don't really want to create a blog of your own, just click the "Skip" button there. The next screen will have the "Display Name" field where you can enter the name you want shown on your Blogger platform comments; click "Finish" when done to return to the blog.
That's "all" there is to it (and we'd love to hear from you)!
